The Process Of Removal


1) Professional Inspection and Estimate 
 A Hy-Quality mold professional will perform a extensive inspection determining the extent and process of mold removal that will need to be performed. During this inspection you may be asked questions regarding the property and air test may be performed to determine levels of humidity along with other vital information to give our customers the most accurate information and Estimate. You will also receive on the spot feedback and an exact quote for removal. 
2) The containment and Removal     Containing the area ensures for a safe removal process. It allowes us to remove the mold without exposing other areas to your home and/or office building. This is extremely important part of the entire process. Removal or handling of personal property is likely needed and often include, Drywall, wood, cardboard, flooring ect. The onsite mold professional will be in communication with you about this process
3) Negative Air Pressure and Air Scrubber
We will set up negative Air pressures with professional grade machines with specialized Professional grade HEPA filtration system. Additionally a dehumidifier may be used to lower humidity levels.
4) Mold Damage Removal 
The crew will completely suit up from head to toe in EPA required Protective gear. These hazmat suits are nessessary for the health and safety of our crew and also ensures that they will remain clean and not transfer mold spores to the rest of the property after completion. They will remove mold damaged materials and un-salvageable items. 
5) HEPA, Sanitize and Clean and Apply Sealant 
HEPA vacuuming dust and debris can begin once all mold has been removed. At this time multiple rounds of scrubbing with professional grade antimicrobial products and using specialized tools and solutions to aggressively clean salvageable items will take place. This will be to remove mold spores existing and help prevent new mold growth in the future. Additionally a thick professional grade antimicrobial sealant is applied to salvageable items
6) Vents 
 Depending on the size and extent of the mold damage we may recommend having your vents cleaned and sprayed with antimicrobial products to eliminate any potential spores inside. After any major mold removal this service is a necessity.
7) Post testing 
 Depending on the size and extent of mold we may recommend post testing the air quality by a 3rd party non affiliated company. This decision has been made to ensure our Customer that we are completely transparent and operate with the highest integrity and want all of our Customers to feel secure in knowing the job at hand was performed safely, professionally and correctly!
