5) HEPA, Sanitize and Clean and Apply Sealant
HEPA vacuuming dust and debris can begin once all mold has been removed. 6) Vents
Depending on the size and extent of the mold damage we may recommend having your vents cleaned and sprayed with antimicrobial products to eliminate any potential spores inside. After any major mold removal this service is a necessity.
7) Post testing
Depending on the size and extent of mold we may recommend post testing the air quality by a 3rd party non affiliated company.
